people-possession-pfx-prime-flavor-experience-blend-200g
People Possession – PFX Prime Flavor Experience {Blend} 200g

PFX is one of People Possession's house blends, built by pairing a Ugandan washed lot with a Colombian co-fermented lot rather than sourcing a single origin and process. Ugandan SL14 and SL28 bring a clean, structured washed base — those varieties, originally bred in Kenya, have found a strong second home in Uganda's high-altitude growing regions — while the Colombian Castillo component is co-fermented with yellow fruit, a technique that introduces additional fruit sugars and enzymes into the fermentation tank alongside the cherries themselves to push the final cup toward more overt fruit character than either variety would produce on its own.

Blending a straightforward washed lot against a co-fermented one is a deliberate way of managing intensity — the washed component keeps the cup from tipping into something overly sweet or novelty-driven, while the co-fermentation does the work of adding brightness and top-note complexity. It's the kind of blend that only really makes sense once you've tasted what each half contributes separately.

In the cup, that balance comes through clearly: peach lemonade sits at the front, moving into an iced-tea-like body, with white nectarine rounding out the finish. It reads as refreshing and drinkable rather than heavy — a blend built for approachability without giving up the fruit-forward character People Possession is known for.

IMPORTANT!!: People Possession's coffees come in signature resealable cans.
