NOMAD Coffee is a Barcelona-based roaster known for its focus on precision, innovation and sensory clarity. Founded by Jordi Mestre, NOMAD began as a mobile coffee cart in London’s street markets, where he worked as a nomadic barista before establishing the brand and developing it into one of Europe’s most respected specialty roasters.

Roasting sits at the core of NOMAD’s approach. The team works closely with producers and importers, travelling to origin to source exceptional coffees and maintaining strict quality standards to highlight each coffee’s unique characteristics. This hands-on involvement across the supply chain allows them to consistently deliver coffees with clarity, balance and definition.

The range spans both classic and experimental profiles, from clean, structured washed coffees to more advanced fermentation lots. This collection features a rotating selection chosen for quality, character and a distinctly modern expression of specialty coffee.
