A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) – /001 São Domingos 240g | Brazil
A.M.O.C. series: CLASSIC
Fazenda São Domingos sits at Mococa in São Paulo state, a renovated historic estate bought by Marco and Maria Guardabaxo in 2006, close to their home farm Fazenda Pinheiro. A.M.O.C. visited the family in 2026 and came back writing about precision: state-of-the-art wet and dry milling, sensor-controlled drying, carefully managed harvesting, and genuine attention to nature and sustainability across the farms.
The lot is Acaiá — a tall Mundo Novo selection — processed as a pulped natural at 810–950 metres, and it's A.M.O.C.'s /001: the first coffee in their classics series, the one their espresso range is built on. New crop for 2026.
The cup is what a great Brazilian espresso should be: praline chocolate, nuts and real balance. Built for espresso and happy in milk.
Freshly roasted by A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) in Rotterdam and imported to the UK by ROAST EDIT Co.
