Returns
We accept returns within 30 days if you receive a damaged or incorrect item however due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue.
Quality Concerns
If something doesn’t feel right with your coffee, we’d like to hear from you.
We work closely with our roasters to ensure every coffee is at its best. If you have a concern, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Timeframe
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Where appropriate, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
