A decaf that earns its shelf space. El Trebol comes from the Santander Women Association in Colombia — Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties, washed, then decaffeinated with the sugarcane EA method, which trades the industrial taste of older processes for sweetness kept intact.
The cup is dark chocolate and orange: full, sweet and built for espresso, with the body to carry milk.
