Poppy Soda is a playful and intensely aromatic Pink Bourbon processed using a multi-stage washed method designed to enhance clarity while amplifying fruit expression and florality. The layered processing approach develops a bright, sparkling profile without sacrificing the elegance and structure associated with high-quality washed Colombian coffees.

The cup is vivid, nostalgic and full of energy, opening with notes of lemonade and ripe peach alongside delicate jasmine tea florals. Bright citrus acidity brings freshness and lift, while the sweetness remains clean and refined throughout. Expressive yet balanced, this is a modern Colombian coffee with striking aromatics and a lively, fruit-forward character.
