Honey Burst is a honey-processed Pink Bourbon grown by Mario Gomez at La Soledad in Colombia, at 1,800 metres — sweet, delicate and elegant, a bright cup where variety and processing pull the same way. Expect yellow fruit jam, honeycomb and a citrus-led black tea note.

Pink Bourbon is one of the varieties we most enjoy drinking, and one of the most sought-after in specialty right now. This is a clear example of why.
