About This Coffee

Neon Milk is a vibrant Pink Bourbon coffee produced by Henry Bonilla in Colombia. Through a carefully controlled fermentation using selected yeasts and a hibiscus culture before washing, the coffee develops an unusually expressive and aromatic cup.

The result is a coffee that leans into sweetness and florality, with a creamy, dessert-like character. Expect bright strawberry notes layered with delicate hibiscus florals and a soft white-sugar sweetness that gives the cup a smooth, almost milkshake-like finish.

It’s a lively and slightly unconventional coffee — sweet, aromatic, and wonderfully drinkable.
