Pink Floyd is a vibrant and expressive coffee from Johan Vergara in Huila, Colombia, produced from the Red Bourbon variety at an altitude of 1750 metres. Processed using an anaerobic washed method, this coffee delivers a bright, sweet and highly distinctive cup.

The profile leans into confectionery-like sweetness, with a playful and approachable character. Expect notes of pink gummies, lollipop and vanilla ice cream, creating a smooth and lively filter coffee with plenty of clarity and balance.
