Strawberry Kiss is a returning favourite in the DAK lineup, sourced from the Rumu Damo washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia. Processed naturally, this lot highlights the vibrant fruit character that has made Ethiopian coffees so beloved among specialty coffee drinkers.

The cup is lively and expressive, with layered sweetness and bright acidity. Expect juicy notes of strawberry, star fruit and apricot, creating a playful and refreshing profile that shines both as filter and modern espresso.

Rumu Damo sits at exceptionally high elevation and has built a strong reputation for quality, placing 2nd and 3rd in the 2020 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence. The washing station is operated by Daye Bensa, a respected producer and exporter established in 1996. Working with a network of local out-growers across the Bensa region of Sidama, Daye Bensa has become known for consistency, resilience and a long-standing commitment to producing outstanding Ethiopian coffees.
