The Alchemist comes from Gasharu Farms in Nyamasheke, in Rwanda's Western Province, grown at 1750 metres.
The variety is Red Bourbon and the processing is anaerobic natural: cherry fermented sealed and without oxygen, then dried whole in the fruit.
Tasting notes of tropical fruits, ripe fruits and cacao nibs.
Freshly roasted by DAK Coffee Roasters in Amsterdam and imported to the UK by ROAST EDIT Co.
