People Possession – Abu [Catuai 3125] {Filter} 100g | Panama

Abu Coffee is José Luttrell's farm in Boquete, in the Chiriquí province of western Panama. This lot is Catuai, grown at 1,550 metres, and People Possession release it in a 100g can.

The process is a re-hydro double-phase anaerobic natural: a multi-stage fermentation carried out on the whole cherry, which then dries with the fruit still on the bean.

In the cup: ripe pineapple, strawberry and black tea.
