About This Coffee

Doña María Rodríguez cultivates Chiroso on her farm in Huila, Colombia, at 1200–1500 metres. Chiroso is a naturally elongated, floral variety — closely related to Ethiopian Heirloom genetics — prized for its delicate aromatics and clean, tea-like cup profile.

The coffee undergoes a 48-hour washed anaerobic fermentation, where depulped cherries are held in sealed tanks before washing. This amplifies the inherent floral and citrus characteristics without introducing the heavier fruit-forward notes of a natural process.

The result is elegant and precise: peach, candied lemon, lemongrass and jasmine tea.

IMPORTANT!!: People Possession's coffees come in signature resealable cans. To reseal between brews, you'll need a Reusable Lid (currently out of stock, however we will ship out free of charge when new lids arrive approx 12th July) —  transfer your coffee to an airtight container after opening.
