Essential Standards is People Possession's plain-can range, built on the principle that "the can is basic so the coffee doesn't have to be."

This is a washed Ethiopian from Keramo Washing Station in Bensa, Sidama, at 2300 metres. That is high even by Ethiopian standards, and it shows in how tightly defined the cup is. The varieties are 74112 alongside local landraces.

Peach leads, with jasmine and lemon behind it — floral and clean rather than fruit-heavy, which is what a washed coffee from this altitude should be.
