A.M.O.C. series: CLASSIC

/022 Las Brisas is A.M.O.C.'s Guatemalan classic, roasted for espresso. It's grown by Marvin Carias at 1,800 metres in Mataquescuintla, Jalapa.

It's a washed Caturra with the structure a classic espresso wants: smooth, full-bodied and sweet, with green apple, macadamia and a gentle malic acidity.

If your espresso benchmark is comfort rather than fireworks, this is the Guatemalan version of that, done properly.

Freshly roasted by A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) in Rotterdam and imported to the UK by ROAST EDIT Co.
