About This Coffee

Chambakú Decaffeinated is produced by Felipe Restrepo at Finca Chambakú in Colombia, a long-standing partner of NOMAD Coffee. The processing has been refined with the introduction of mechanical silo drying, improving consistency, stability and clarity in the cup.

The result is a balanced and expressive decaf with a smooth, rounded profile. Rich notes of dark chocolate and muscovado sugar lead the cup, supported by a gentle acidity and a soft, structured body.

Comforting and easy to drink, it works particularly well with milk, finishing with a subtle hint of golden apple. A decaf that delivers far more depth and character than expected.
