Essential Standards is People Possession's plain-can range, built on the principle that "the can is basic so the coffee doesn't have to be."

This one is a Pink Bourbon from Maria Belén Diaz, grown at 1,800 metres in Acevedo, in the Huila department of Colombia. It is semi-washed, a process that sits between washed and natural.

Roasted for espresso, with one headline note: cherry.
