WWE blend combines Caturra and Catuai — two of the most established, dependable varieties across Central and South America — with a co-fermentation process built specifically around watermelon. Co-fermenting with fruit means introducing the fruit itself into the fermentation tank alongside the coffee cherries, letting its sugars and enzymes interact with the coffee during fermentation rather than simply flavouring it afterward — a technique that's become one of People Possession's signatures across several of their blends.

The result leans hard into a single, clear flavour idea rather than layering multiple fruit notes: watermelon candy up front, moving through yellow melon into a soft guava finish. It's a fully washed base underneath that fruit character, which keeps the cup clean rather than letting the co-fermentation push it toward something cloying — the washed process does the structural work, and the watermelon co-fermentation supplies the personality.
